Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for unused and undamaged scaffolding materials.
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery or installation.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or altered scaffolding and shuttering materials.
- Custom-built or specially ordered items.
Return Process

- Our team will inspect the returned materials at the time of pickup.
- If the return is approved, a refund or credit will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- In case of advance payments, the refundable amount will be adjusted after deducting logistics or damage fees, if applicable.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or installation with no penalty.
- Cancellations after dispatch may incur handling or transportation charges.
